¨ All rates are subject to change without notice and are subject to New Hampshire Room Tax - 8% ¨ A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking reservations. ¨ Checks are acceptable for the deposit amount . ¨ Cottages are for registered guests only. ¨ An additional charge for any cottage beyond the quoted occupancy is ten dollars ($10) per person, per day. This policy is strictly observed to ensure a pleasant stay for all of our guests.
